Job Vacancy: Warehouse Operative (Late Shift)

- Pay: £12.80 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate)
- Weekly Bonus: Earn an additional £100 per week if you complete all shifts from Monday to Thursday!
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) & 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Friday)
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Description
We are looking to strengthen our team in Bristol by recruiting several Warehouse Operatives for our late shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving, well-established company and build a long-term career.
We are seeking motivated, driven individuals who are ready to work in our busy, fast-paced Bristol warehouse on a permanent, full-time basis.
- Holiday Allowance: 22 days of holiday per year (which increases with your length of service) plus bank holidays.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided from day one.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Select, measure, cut, and drum cables correctly following specific job orders.
- Prepare, secure, and pack orders safely for transit.
- Follow standard operating procedures to a high standard.
- Accurately log all completed jobs on company work sheets.
- Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
Training and Qualifications
While experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. We will provide full training, including:
- General warehouse stock and inventory systems.
- Cutting procedures and techniques using specialized machinery ranging from 0.5 to 12 tonnes.
- Cable cutting procedures and general safety protocols.
- Forklift Licence: We prefer candidates to hold a Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence. However, if you do not have one, full training and licensing will be provided by the company.
