Duties
- Initiate contact with homeowners through various channels to promote our home improvement services
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ renovation goals and challenges
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through clear, professional communication
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to ensure a seamless lead conversion process
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for client visits and outreach activities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads efficiently
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and a positive outlook on building client relationships
Pay: £250.00-£2,000.00 per week
