Working for a leading supplier within the Interiors industry.
Assist various departments with general administration duties, including Customer Service, Accounts, Purchasing and sample departments. Responsible for daily post and courier dispatches, ordering stationery and monitoring emails.
General reception duties, including answering and transferring calls, deliveries and greeting visitors.
Excellent communication skills required, polite telephone manner.
Education to GCSE standard minimum in Maths, English and conversant with Microsoft word / Excel.
Applicant will need to show an ability to be adaptable, conscientious and have an eye for detail.
