We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our established sales team in Exeter. This role is ideally suited to a driven individual who enjoys the challenge of negotiation and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, reflecting the high standards demonstrated by our excellent Google reviews and client feedback.
Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will play a key role in generating new business, negotiating offers, and progressing property sales through to completion while providing outstanding service to buyers and sellers alike.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous estate agency experience. However, we also welcome applications from individuals without industry experience who demonstrate the right attitude, are highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, as full training will be provided.
This role includes Saturday working on a rota basis, with time off in lieu.
The Role
- Proactively register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Progress agreed sales, keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction.
- Assist with property marketing and presentation.
- Support the day-to-day running of the office and internal systems.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in estate agency.
- A confident negotiator with a personable manner and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving results.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service in line with our reputation.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
