Customer Sales Advisor
Overview
This role is calling existing customers and booking them back in for our yearly service or dealing with inbound Google enquires.
Average take home is around £40,000 with some exceeding £50,000.
No sales experince necessary, full onsite training.
We are the largest national gutter, roof and window cleaning company with over 1/2 million customers so you are on the phone most of the day.
The role is office based at our Head office in Wych Cross.
The hours are 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday a month.
Responsibilities
- Calling out to existing customers
- Dealing with inbound enquires
- Sales are uncapped, the more sales and hours you do the higher your pay
- You have to be highly motivated
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
- Positive attitude, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Adaptability to learn new products, services, and sales strategies quickly
