Position Overview:
Highgrove Beds is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across various channels to effectively promote our products and enhance our brand presence in the marketplace. This position reports directly to the Managing Manager and requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in marketing management and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audience insights, and market trends, ensuring integration across all marketing channels.
Brand Management: Define and communicate the Highgrove Beds brand identity, positioning, and messaging, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customer segments, preferences, and behaviours, leveraging insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product development and sales teams to drive product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns that highlight the unique features, benefits, and value propositions of Highgrove Beds products.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), and online advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Social Media Management: Oversee the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns to increase brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive customer loyalty.
Content Development and Creative Direction: Lead the development of compelling and relevant marketing content, including copywriting, visual assets, videos, and other multimedia materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyse campaign performance, and track ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with influencers, organisations, and industry stakeholders to expand brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and expenditures effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives while maintaining fiscal discipline.
