Tidy Gardeners Bristol is looking for an experienced, self-employed gardener who wants to increase their workload without the hassle of marketing, quoting, or chasing invoices.
If you’re great at what you do but don’t enjoy the admin side of running a gardening business — this could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Get
- £20 - £25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Work booked in half days (3.5 hrs) or full days (7 hrs) — no running around doing lots of tiny jobs
- Steady stream of leads in the Bristol area
- Bookings arranged to fit your availability

We handle:
- Marketing
- Customer communication
- Scheduling & logistics
- Invoicing & payment chasing
You simply turn up, do a great job, and keep customers happy.
If you can remove and dispose of green waste, there’s potential to earn more than £20 per hour.

What You Must Have
- Proven gardening experience
- Your own public liability insurance
- Your own transport (car or van)
- Your own equipment as a minimum:
- Lawn mower
- Hedge trimmer
- Strimmer
- Hand tools
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Confident dealing with customers
