COVER CLEANER & INSPECTION AREA SUPERVISOR MONDAY TO FRIDAY 5am START
Job Overview
Must be experienced in all cleaning practices with excellent fluent clear English both written and spoken. NO FIXED SITE. You will be working within central London, city and the west end and be able to travel on bus, tube & train or walk or Bike to get to sites so fitness is important.
Duties
- Provide cleaning cover during early morning shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct quality checks on cleaning routines, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including task completion and any incidents or issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, supply needs, or operational concerns
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and conducting regular safety checks
- Support training initiatives for new staff or refresher courses for existing team members to uphold service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a cleaning environment is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during early morning hours
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and motivate team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations

Pay: £13.00 per hour
