We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to multiple locations within designated areas. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans or lorries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues promptly.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to optimise time and fuel consumption.
- Deliver goods to multiple customers across various locations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each delivery.
- Handle goods with care, including heavy lifting when necessary, to prevent damage during loading and unloading.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including receipts and delivery notes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within logistics or warehouse environments.
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience with commercial driving vehicles such as vans or lorries is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when loading or unloading goods.
- Strong organisational skills to plan routes effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and team members professionally.
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems is advantageous.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or handling goods is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £12.71-£13.44 per hour
