Duties
- Commission scheme in place
- Provide expert hair styling, barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extension services tailored to each client's unique preferences and features
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with every visit
- Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, training, and sharing best practices to promote skill development and team cohesion
- Upsell additional services and retail products confidently to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continuously elevate service quality
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and proper equipment handling in accordance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a salon environment is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication skills combined with active listening to understand client needs fully
- Ability to upsell services and products tactfully while maintaining a positive client experience
