Job Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our knife service production team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, contributing to timely, in-full deliveries and a smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robotic systems and machinery per work instructions
- Prepare knives for robotics and manual sharpening
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Wash, bag, and log all processed items
- Replace and sharpen knives, blades, and scissors to customer specifications
- Perform machine start-up procedures and clean-downs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Accurately complete daily paperwork and production records
- Use internal HR and stock systems (including HR Cascade, Microsoft Excel and Monday.com)
- Carry out other duties as required by the shift manager
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably food & beverage)
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
