The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our office operations running efficiently, supporting both the management team and field-based staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and handling enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and basic spreadsheets
- Managing filing systems (digital and paper)
- Supporting finance tasks such as processing invoices or timesheets
- Ensuring the office remains organised and well-functioning
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Previous office or admin experience
- Interest in facilities management or business operations
