The Impact You'll Make
As a Café Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. From crafting the perfect flat white to remembering a regular’s favourite pastry, you’ll help create moments that brighten someone’s day. Your role is about more than service—it’s about building connections and making our café a place people love to return to.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, following our recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments with care.
- Assist in preparing fresh food items such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and well-stocked—both front-of-house and behind the counter.
- Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to maintain our high standards.
What You'll Bring
- A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine love for customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous café, barista, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.
