Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
- Lead, motivate, and support front desk staff, housekeeping teams, and other hotel personnel to uphold service excellence
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with human resources to manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns proactively to enhance overall satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations
- Assist in implementing new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
- Excellent guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hospitality operations is essential
- Knowledge of human resources practices including staffing, training, and employee relations
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
