Responsibilities

- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times

- Support with dishwashing duties and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles, including serving guests professionally
- Previous hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
