Duties
- Use hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems to carry out routine garden maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
- Prune, trim, mow, weed, and clear debris to keep gardens tidy and thriving
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and caring for a variety of plants and shrubs
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Support landscape projects by preparing soil, laying turf, or installing features under supervision
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify health issues or maintenance needs
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times
Qualifications
- Practical experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems is essential
- Growing experience or knowledge of plant care and garden design is a plus
- Strong interest in gardening and outdoor work with a positive attitude toward physical activity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to report issues or progress effectively
- Valid driver’s license or access to transportation is advantageous

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,500.00 per year
