Brewers Lodge is an independent bar, restaurant with accommodation, we have a large beer garden & function suite and cater for all types of events and weddings.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and hardworking individual to join our vibrant team. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service. We have 1-2 shifts a week available mainly on a weekend. Extra hours will be available during busier periods and to cover annual leave
Duties include -
- Taking orders & preparing drinks
- Wait service
- Checking in hotel guests
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Clearing tables and ensuring front of house is clean and tidy at all times
- Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Interacting with customers
- Carrying out daily/weekly cleaning duties
- Kitchen help - washing dishes, basic food prep
- Setting up for events

As Front of House Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your core skills in serving and customer service will be vital as you interact with patrons and facilitate their dining experience.
