Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Bank Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to children living in our Ofsted Registered home.
Duties
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs and preferences.
- Provide emotional support, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Supervise and lead a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals to coordinate care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- None required. Willingness to work towards residential childcare diploma.
