You will become a valued and important part of a fantastic nursery with a supportive leadership team focused upon delivering positive learning outcomes for the children and the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality care and a nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support EYFS development
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the team
- Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
- Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to planning and assessments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating, inclusive setting
- Uphold nursery policies, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A genuine passion for childcare and early development
- Warm, caring, and compassionate personality
- Enthusiastic, creative, and reliable team player
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of care and education
This role is subject to a Level 3 childcare qualification, an enhanced and satisfactory DBS check, self-disclosure, proof of identity will be required and referees will be contacted if you are successful.
