At Creperie Co, we’re an independent brunch, coffee, and dessert café serving everything from fresh crepes and pancakes to signature brunch plates and barista coffee.
We blend the pace and professionalism of big coffee brands like Starbucks, Costa, and Tim Hortons with the warmth, creativity, and independence of a local café.
We’re now looking for a confident, hands-on Manager / Shift Leader to take charge of daily café operations and lead our small, friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service across brunch and dessert shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver consistent customer experience.
- Train and coach staff in coffee preparation, brunch execution, and service standards.
- Drive and grow the brunch and breakfast menu – bringing new ideas, specials, and quality control.
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
- Manage rotas, delegate tasks, and supervise performance effectively.
- Track inventory, order supplies, and monitor wastage to maintain cost control.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team on menu innovation and seasonal ideas.
- Take day-to-day ownership of operations, freeing the owner from routine involvement.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Ideally from a Starbucks, Costa, Tim Hortons, or similar branded coffee background – used to speed, systems, and standards.
- Hands-on ability with brunch and breakfast service (e.g. crepes, eggs, pancakes, coffee) and able to train others.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills – calm under pressure, great with customers.
- Strong knowledge of food-safety and hygiene practices.
- Reliable, confident, and able to take full ownership from day one.
Progression Opportunity:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a café or restaurant supervisor (or higher).
- Confident managing a small, fast-paced team.

Salary & Benefits:
- £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience and trial performance)
