Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Booking & Events Sales Executive to to join our vibrant team . In this role you will work across two iconic & unique venues located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, you will be the driving force behind proactively securing event bookings and sales for our two sister venues.

ensuring seamless coordination from initial inquiry to event execution.

Duties
- Proactively identify and pursue new booking opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry research
- Manage all aspects of the booking process, including client consultations, contract negotiations, and confirmation of event details
- Upsell additional services and packages to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams such as catering, operations, and technical staff to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, client communications, and event specifications using organizational tools
- Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to attract new clients and promote upcoming events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event sales roles with a strong focus on guest services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively manage client relationships
- A proven networker
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability in upselling additional services or products to maximize revenue streams
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Experience in fundraising or managing special events is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service best practices is highly desirable

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
