Role:
Our client, a growing and well-established property maintenance contractor, is looking to recruit a reliable and skilled Multi-Trader to join their team. This role involves working across a variety of commercial sites, delivering high-quality maintenance, repairs, and minor installation works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair works including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and decorating
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site
- Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and site managers
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience as a Multi-Trader
