Driver Onboarding & Compliance Administrator (London / Hybrid)
Pay & Contract Details:
- Pay Rate: £12.50 – £14.00 / hour appx £1,900 - 2,000 per month
- Hours: Full-time (5 days per week)
- Contract Length: 1–3 Months Fixed-Term (with strong potential for permanent extension based on performance)
- Daily Output Target: Verification and processing of 35–50 driver accounts per day
About the Role:
Ride Nuff (www.ridenuff.com) is a fast-scaling London ride-hailing platform. We are seeking a meticulous Onboarding Administrator to verify and approve official documentation for TfL-licensed private hire drivers joining our network.
This is a high-volume, administrative task that requires high attention to detail. While the document check process is straightforward, maintaining precision and avoiding oversight is critical for regulatory compliance and platform security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate checks on incoming driver documentation (DVLA Driving Licenses, TfL PCO Driver Badges/Licenses, Vehicle Insurance Certificates, and V5C logbooks).
- Validate driver information against official databases (including DVLA check codes and HMRC tax check codes).
- Review 35 to 50 driver applications per day while maintaining compliance standard guidelines.
- Identify invalid, blurred, or fraudulent documentation and flag issues for re-submission.
- Handle sensitive applicant data securely in full accordance with UK GDPR policies.
Requirements:
- Keen Eye for Detail: Exceptional focus and accuracy when completing repetitive verification tasks.
- Security Clearance: Must hold an active Basic DBS check (or be willing to undergo an £18 check prior to start).
- Location: Based in the UK (London-based preferred for hybrid working and office check-ins).
- Skills: Comfortable operating admin portals, fast typing speed, and clear written communication skills.
- Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive personal identification documents.
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
