About the role:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Carer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering high‑quality care and is keen to develop their skills further. Full training will be provided to support the successful candidate in becoming a Medication Administrator, with a higher hourly rate applied for all medication‑administration hours worked. Hours and shifts will be discussed at interview. We offer a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 per hour with enhanced pay for Medication Administration duties. The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to join our Company Pension Scheme and our Private Health and Dental Plan.
· You will be assisting our residents with all aspects of their day to day life. Ability to provide help, support and attention where required.
· Communicating with colleagues, residents and their family about the type and level of care required.
. Once trained, safely administering medication in line with company policy and regulatory standards
. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly
· Assisting with domestic duties as required along with helping at mealtimes for residents and visitors.
· Organising and helping with events, activities and entertainment for residents and families.
· Maintaining log books and records as required.
· Ensuring the home is kept clean and tidy at all times.
