We are looking for enthusiastic and strong secondary teachers in Salford for short term and long term cover in core subjects with a progression into long-term, or even permanent placements, depending on your preferences.
The school in question has a diverse cohort of students meaning any experience adapting lessons to students of all abilities and being confident in building rapport with the students. Successful teachers will start off working through daily supply, but can very quickly secure long term roles with day rates up to £250 to reflect your position on the main pay scale.
As part of Zen’s growth into these new settings, we are looking for great teachers who will act as ambassadors for Zen, and help us build great relationships with our schools through the quality of the support you provide. In return, we’ll pay highly competitive rates which are always negotiable, and give you the autonomy to manage your own schedule.
The ideal teacher must:
- Have QTS
- Have experience working full-time as a secondary teacher in the UK
- Be committed to the school and students
- Passionate about teaching
- Be able to work 8.15-4pm, full-time.
