Domino’s Purley is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our team.

Your role
As a Shift Manager, you will:
- Lead and motivate the team during your shifts
- Make sure the store operates smoothly and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness
- Support and train team members
- Help manage stock and minimise waste
- Handle customer queries and resolve problems professionally
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
- Take responsibility for the store during your shift
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and able to lead a team
- Reliable, organised and responsible
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Able to stay calm and focused during busy periods
- A good communicator
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided
