Job Overview
Hildon are looking for a Production Operative who will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of production equipment. Production experience preferred, but full training will be given. Working along side our Production team working 10 hr shifts over 4 days, you will be required to work Tuesday – Friday 6am - 4pm. Ideally the candidate will have a current fork truck licence .
Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the Company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To carry out on time and as directed all QC checks and to record data
- Maintain a clean, safe working area.
- Maximize productivity and efficiency
- work as part of a team
- rota to cover steralising of line
- undertake any other reasonable duties or requests as necessary
Experience/Abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The role is working on a production line, so you should be comfortable standing for long periods of time, have good manual dexterity and an eye for detail.
