What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees and their IT needs
- Collaborating with external vendors for tech support and procurement

- Providing training and guidance to staff on IT-related matters
- Evaluating new IT technologies for integration within the organisation
- Assisting in the development of IT budgets and reports
- Supporting mobile devices and remote access solutions
- Participating in IT projects and initiatives as required
- Staying updated on the latest technology trends and advancements
What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in an IT support or administration role
- Strong understanding of IT systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Server
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud services and platforms
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting
- Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft)
