Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, sinks, and storage areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by ensuring all necessary items are available and ready for use.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including early mornings or late evenings if necessary.
