About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our Building Consultancy team.
You will provide essential support to project leads, helping to coordinate projects from start to finish while ensuring that documentation, processes, finances and project information are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate project administration, documentation, meetings and project records.
· Support project finances, purchase orders, invoices, forecasting and budgets.
· Assist with contract administration and contract management, including variations, payment certificates and related documentation.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, sub-consultants and contractors.
· Assist with tenders, quotations, specifications, fee proposals and project documentation.
· Maintain project systems, filing and document registers in line with ISO requirements.
· Arrange meetings, site visits, surveys and access arrangements.
· Support CPD, training, social value and wider team activities.
· Assist with improving processes and supporting the wider Building Consultancy team.
About You
You will have:
· At least 1 years’ experience in a professional or corporate office environment.
· Experience in contract management/contract administration, ideally within construction, building consultancy, property or professional services.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
· Confidence working with clients, suppliers, contractors and other professional stakeholders.
· A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.
· GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
· A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
A project management or administration qualification such as PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM would be desirable.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
