North Oxford Garage is a successful and customer-focused automotive retailer, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Meet & Greet Host to join our team in Long Hanborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys meeting people and creating a positive first impression. As the face of the dealership, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
As our Meet & Greet Host, you will:

Welcome all visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner

Direct customers to the appropriate department or member of staff

Build rapport with customers and identify how you can assist them

Ensure reception and customer waiting areas are clean, tidy and welcoming

Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable during their visit

Carry out regular facility checks to maintain a professional environment

Replenish customer refreshment facilities, including coffee machines

Support the team with general administrative duties when required

Assist with dealership events and activities from time to time
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous customer service and administration experience

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is professional, friendly and approachable

Takes pride in their appearance and work environment

Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment

Is self-motivated and able to work independently

Enjoys working as part of a team

Has a professional telephone manner

Is confident using Microsoft Office applications

Salary of £28,222 per annum
