Lar.Da — Stirchley
Hours: 25 hours per week + overtime available
Lar.Da is looking for a confident, self-motivated person to join the team in Stirchley. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, food, drinks, farmers markets, and hands-on preparation.
The right person will have experience in hosting, cooking, drinks service, pickling, fermenting, and working at farmers markets. They will be comfortable moving between front-of-house, kitchen duties, and occasional market service.
Key Responsibilities
- Hosting guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting food preparation and cooking
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Assisting with pickling, fermenting, and preserving
- Helping prepare, pack, set up, and serve at farmers markets
- Representing Lar.Da confidently and warmly at market stalls
- Helping with setup, service, and close-down
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
- Working independently and using initiative when needed
Experimenting is key
About You
You will be:
- Experienced in hospitality, food, and drinks
- Interested in pickling, fermenting, preserving, and seasonal food
- Confident with hosting and customer service
- Comfortable to host & work at farmers markets or similar events
- Organised, practical, and hands-on
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working in a small, busy team
- Flexible with hours and available for overtime when required
