Nursery Manager – Up to £46,000 + £3,000 Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager, Early Years Quality Lead or exceptional Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.

The role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the nursery, with the authority and support needed to lead the team properly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Leading and motivating the nursery team
· Maintaining strong safeguarding and EYFS standards
· Coaching staff and improving practice across the nursery
· Managing rotas, staffing, ratios and daily operations
· Building positive relationships with parents
· Keeping the nursery ready for Ofsted
· Supporting occupancy, enquiries and nursery growth
· Creating a positive, organised and accountable team culture
Who should apply?

· Experienced Nursery Managers
· Strong Deputy Managers ready to run their own setting
· Early Years Quality Managers or Quality Leads
· Senior early years leaders with experience improving standards
You must have:
· A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
· Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
· Nursery leadership experience
· Confidence managing, supporting and developing staff
· Good communication and organisation skills
· A calm, hands-on and professional approach
Previous experience of Ofsted inspections, quality improvement or turning around nursery standards would be an advantage.
