The Head of Solar and EV Installation is responsible for end-to-end performance across So Energy’s Solar and Storage and EV Charger installation business lines. This role leads an established team of specialists, covering the installation value proposition, sales, delivery, aftercare and commercial P&L performance

Proposition Development
Oversee the Solar and Storage and EV Charger installation propositions, maintaining a compelling range of hardware, installation, aftercare and finance options.
Sales, Delivery and Aftercare
Maintain accountability for installation risk, compliance, and industry accreditation e.g. MCS, Solar Consumer Code.
Supplier Management
You have knowledge and experience in Solar and Storage and EV charger installation businesses.
Relevant experience in lead gen, sales, operational delivery and commercial performance.
Experience managing people, building supplier relationships and stakeholder management.
Commercial awareness and analytical ability, with an eye for which levers to pull to deliver against targets.
Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Solar and EV charger installation.
