The role combines customer conversations, admin and problem-solving, so you won’t be stuck doing the same task all day. Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Understand individual needs and provide relevant support
- Explain products, services and available options clearly
- Resolve routine questions and customer concerns
- Process registrations, requests and customer updates accurately
- Maintain clear and up-to-date customer records
- Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Share customer feedback with the wider team
