About the Role
Archidom Materials and Project Supply Services is looking for a detail-focused and organised Data Management Specialist to support the accuracy, consistency, and maintenance of business data across operational and administrative systems.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with structured information, identifying discrepancies, maintaining records, and helping teams access reliable data for day-to-day business activities. You will work closely with different departments to ensure information is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records across internal databases, spreadsheets, and business systems.
- Review data for errors, duplicates, missing information, and inconsistencies.
- Update supplier, customer, product, project, and operational records.
- Perform routine data validation and quality checks.
- Correct inaccurate records and follow up on missing information.
- Import, organise, and maintain structured datasets.
- Prepare regular reports and data summaries for internal teams.
- Support data cleansing and record standardisation activities.
- Maintain consistent naming, coding, and data-entry standards.
- Assist with document and information management processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify and update business information.
- Monitor recurring data issues and report patterns that may require process improvements.
- Support spreadsheet maintenance and routine data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records relating to materials, suppliers, projects, and purchasing activities.
- Assist with system migrations, data uploads, and record updates when required.
- Maintain organised digital files and supporting documentation.
- Support audits by preparing accurate data and relevant records.
- Handle business and commercial information securely and responsibly.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in data administration, data management, data entry, business administration, supply chain administration, project support, or a similar role is preferred.
Data Management Skills: Familiarity with maintaining databases, reviewing records, correcting inconsistencies, and performing routine data quality checks.
Attention to Detail: Able to identify small errors and maintain high levels of accuracy across large volumes of information.
Systems Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, databases, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other business software.
Analytical Skills: Able to review information logically, identify patterns, and investigate discrepancies.
Organisation: Able to manage multiple datasets, recurring updates, and administrative deadlines.
Communication: Confident working with colleagues across different departments to verify and correct information.
Problem Solving: Able to investigate data issues, identify their source, and follow corrective actions through to completion.
Confidentiality: Understands the importance of handling commercial, supplier, customer, and internal business information securely.
Mindset: You are methodical, dependable, curious, and highly attentive to detail. You take ownership of data quality, work consistently, and understand the importance of reliable information in supporting effective business decisions and operations.
Pay: £40,000.00 per year
