Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Worker with a valid forklift licence to join our busy warehouse team.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, reliable and organised, with previous warehouse experience and confidence operating a forklift in a busy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Operating a forklift safely and responsibly
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading vehicles and organising outgoing deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Carrying out stock checks and assisting with stock control
- Following all warehouse health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Valid forklift licence/certificate required
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
Desirable
- Experience with stock management systems
- Experience using warehouse scanning systems
- Previous experience in a busy e-commerce or distribution warehouse
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
