We are looking for friendly, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Advisors.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. No previous customer service experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You will be responsible for helping customers with enquiries, providing information, resolving straightforward issues and ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email or online messaging.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers.
- Resolve customer questions and basic issues efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate more complex enquiries when necessary.
- Follow company procedures and customer service guidelines.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times.
- Work independently while staying in communication with the wider team.
