Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas throughout your shift
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver smooth service
- Handle transactions efficiently at the point of sale, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads such as trays or boxes
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but not required; training will be provided
