Job Title: Fire Door Installer

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Fire Door Installers to join our growing team. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and remedial works of fire doors across commercial and residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to current fire safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of fire doors and frames to BM TRADA standards
- Carrying out remedial and maintenance works on existing fire doors
- Carry out finishing tasks where required
- Installing ironmongery including hinges, closers, locks, seals, and signage
- Completing works in line with fire safety regulations and company procedures
- Recording completed works accurately with photographs and reports
- Working independently or as part of a team on various sites
- Based in Poole and covering the southwest
- Must be willing to travel and stay away when required
Requirements
- Proven experience installing and maintaining fire doors
- Good knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance standards
- Right to work UK
- NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or equivalent preferred
- Must be polite, professional, and respectful when dealing with residents and clients
- BM TRADA experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Must have own hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
