We’re looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants to join schools across Bristol, supporting pupils who benefit from additional encouragement, structure and a consistent adult presence.
What will you be doing?
Every day will be different. You could be:
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with additional needs
- Helping pupils engage with lessons and overcome barriers to learning
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and communication skills
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Working alongside teachers and SEN staff to provide consistent support
- Celebrating the small wins that can make a huge difference to a child
You’ll receive:
£100+ per day – with opportunities for higher rates depending on experience and role
