Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 + 1 weekend in 5–6 emergency rota
£260–£320 per day (depending on experience & productivity)

Essential Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
- Gas Safe Registered (current certification essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ proven domestic gas/heating experience (installations & repairs)
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and own tools
- CIS registration or UTR number (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Verifiable references demonstrating reliability and quality workmanship
- Proven track record of consistent timekeeping and professional conduct
This is not a training role. We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient professional who can work independently without supervision.

The Role
You will carry out varied domestic plumbing and heating work including:
- Boiler installations (neat, professional finish essential)
- Full central heating system installations
- Servicing and routine maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- General plumbing maintenance
You will be provided with a full diary of pre-arranged appointments and strong office support for scheduling, parts coordination and customer communication.

This is a genuine self-employed subcontractor role.
You are responsible for:
- Tax and National Insurance
- Public liability and relevant insurances
- Business expenses
