Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dessert Production Assistant to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of desserts, including baking, decorating, and assembling sweet treats.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing basic food preparation tasks as required.
- Ensure all desserts are presented attractively and delivered on time for service or delivery.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or expiry dates.
Skills
- Experience in food production, food preparation, or cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and culinary practices related to dessert creation.
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key.
