To be the best we need the following.
- Ability to lead the delivery of swimming lessons in line with the Swim England syllabus and to provide professional tuition for all customers
- Take a lead role in delivering lessons, including assessing and examining awards appropriate to customer requirements and in line with the sports-specific syllabus and sound teaching practices as detailed by the governing body. The coach will advise the assistant on their role and responsibilities within each teaching session.
- Provide excellent customer care by adopting an understanding and effortless teaching style.
- Work with the Duty Officer Team and Centre Manager to identify new initiatives to improve and generate additional income from the swimming lesson program.
