Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar according to recipes and customer preferences
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a friendly and attentive approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout shifts
- Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including cleaning and inventory checks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming customer experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering top-quality beverages
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- A positive attitude with a team-player mentality and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
- Knowledge of social media

Pay: £12.50-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
