Key Responsibility
Support the delivery of change and transformation initiatives across the business — helping to plan project activities, track progress against milestones, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working. Play a hands-on role in driving improvement projects forward, ensuring changes are well-communicated, adopted smoothly, and aligned with wider business goals.
Essential Criteria
- Any Graduate with 2+ years of work experience
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills; high accuracy; able to multitask independently and in a team
- Right to work in the UK; 3+ years UK residency
Desirable Skills
- We're particularly interested in candidates who already use AI tools in their day-to-day work — think ChatGPT or Copilot for planning, summarising, or reporting on transformation projects, or using AI to speed up research and stakeholder communications. As transformation work increasingly runs alongside AI-powered tools, this kind of practical experience is becoming a real differentiator.
- Haven't worked with AI tools yet? That's what we're here to fix. Our free, Council-funded AI for Work Bootcamp gives candidates like you hands-on, job-ready AI skills — putting you ahead of other applicants and setting you up for stronger, better-paid opportunities.
- Experience supporting change or improvement projects (education, recruitment, retail, professional services)
Once you've completed the bootcamp, we'll provide dedicated employment support to help you find your next role.
