Temporary Christmas Position – Start ASAP until 17th December 2026
We’re looking for two friendly and reliable Christmas Packing Assistants to join the Felt So Good team during our busiest and most exciting time of year!
Felt So Good creates colourful, quirky and beautifully handmade felt decorations, and as Christmas approaches, we need some extra pairs of hands to help us make sure our lovely products reach our customers safely and on time.
The Role
Working from our Cheltenham base, you’ll help our team prepare and pack both retail and wholesale customer orders ready for dispatch.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Carefully packing and preparing wholesale and retail orders for dispatch
- Checking products and quantities against orders
- Labelling and preparing parcels
- Helping to keep the packing and stock areas tidy and organised
- Assisting the team with other general packing tasks when needed
Who We’re Looking For
Previous experience of packaging orders is preferred, but we are also interested in finding people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and happy working as part of a small team
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working at a fast pace during busy periods
- Happy carrying out practical, hands-on work
- Available for the full temporary period through to 17th December
Hours & Pay
£12.75 per hour
Monday to Thursday
9:00am – 1:00pm
16 hours per week
The position is temporary, starting as soon as possible and finishing on 17th December 2026.

Felt So Good is a UK-based design company specialising in colourful and unique handmade felt decorations. Our products are designed in the UK and handcrafted in Nepal using traditional needle-felting techniques.
We’re a small, friendly team and Christmas is our busiest time of year, so we’re looking for two enthusiastic people to come and join us for the festive season.
