GHOST is looking for a Salon Manager for our Chelmsford salon — someone who wants a column and a business to build.
This isn't a step back from the chair. You'll keep your clients, keep your creativity, and take on the salon alongside it: the team, the numbers, the standards, the atmosphere. If you've managed before, you'll have the freedom to do it properly. If you're a senior stylist who's been quietly running things without the title, this is the job where you get it.
The money
- £26,200 (4 days / 32 hrs) or £32,700 (5 days / 40 hrs) per year
- Up to £9,600 in performance bonuses — OTE up to £42,300
- Four or five days a week. Your call.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the salon day to day — rota, standards, atmosphere, the lot
- Working your own column and keeping your clients happy
- Developing the team: stylists, apprentices, front of house
- Driving the numbers that matter - revenue, profit, rebooking, retail
- Making GHOST Chelmsford the salon people want to work in and book into
What we're looking for
- A qualified, confident stylist with a strong all-round skill set
- Someone who leads by example rather than by memo
- Salon management experience, or the drive and judgement to grow into it fast,we'll train you
- Genuine commercial interest: you want to know what the salon took this week and why

Pay: £26,200.00-£42,300.00 per year
