We are a members club supporting the Metropolitan Police Service and their families, officially the Metropolitan Police Hayes Sports Club.
Set across stunning grounds in the heart of Bromley, The Warren is the home of the Metropolitan Police Sports Club - a proud members' club serving the Met Police community - and a premier venue for weddings, corporate events, celebrations and social occasions. We're growing fast, and we need someone with the commercial flair, creative vision and personal touch to take our events programme to the next level.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will:
- Greet members, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Coordinate visitor check-ins and provide event-related assistance
- Support booking schedules, meeting room arrangements, and event team administration
- Handle mail, deliveries, and general reception duties
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
About You
You will be someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced venue environment
- Is confident using office software and scheduling tools
- Brings a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Previous reception, hospitality, or event-center experience is an advantage

Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
