Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Foreman to oversee daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals. Successful candidate must have experience of all aspects of construction, their own tools and van. They must be able to work on their own initiative. Duties
- Supervise and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress on projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between management and team members, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Train new employees on procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
